According to the first question I consider that a model citizen should be a person who respect rights and duties oh their own community.

In order to response the second question, the characteristics we have to be good citizens in our community are: Be helpful and considerate, willing to put others first, listens to the views of others and thinks about what they have to say, helps people who are not in a position to help themselves.
